Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we have instituted a no refund policy for the following reasons:

Customized Services

Each project we undertake is tailored specifically to the unique needs and preferences of our clients. The time, effort, and resources invested in creating personalized designs and websites cannot be recouped once the work has commenced. As such, refunds are not possible for services rendered.

Approval Process: 

We maintain a thorough approval process at various stages of the project to ensure client satisfaction. Clients are given multiple opportunities to review and provide feedback on the work being done. Any changes or revisions requested will be addressed within the scope of the initial agreement. By approving each stage, clients acknowledge their satisfaction with the work completed up to that point.

Should any issues arise, we are dedicated to resolving them promptly and effectively within the terms of our service agreement.
