Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we have instituted a no refund policy for the following reasons:

Each project we undertake is tailored specifically to the unique needs and preferences of our clients. The time, effort, and resources invested in creating personalized designs and websites cannot be recouped once the work has commenced. As such, refunds are not possible for services rendered.

By approving each stage, clients acknowledge their satisfaction with the work completed up to that point.
